Waves came like a fair lady,
in white saree, and folded hands
to welcome the fans of ocean
with a cold sprinkle and feet wash.
The high landers shouted with ecstasy:
the shore vendors sold crazily,
one and all them thought alike
the water is the life of earth.
The ocean refreshes all.
It helps the ‘haves’ and ‘have nots’.
It knows no caste and creed.
I love the water, waves and God.
