All of them charging money for customer care call.It may be a smaller amount but I think it is literally wrong.Because They providing a service for the customers for some cost , If the customer have some doubts about service, he will call the customer care executive . Then the problem rectification is the responsibility of network operator and clearly explain the plan that they have provided.


Some days, I have waited online as long as possible but the customer care executive give a lethargic reply


what can I do for it ?


For examble I am using Uninor network.I always recharge with 198 pack.In that plan there is no main balance provided.If I need to call customer care executive I have to rechage for main balance .Then only I can make calls for my problems.They always say we give 198 for complaints only.


This is our situation now, All mobile operators are cheating like wise Please give a voice for it .Then only they will think of it.


If any one, marketing a service, they have to spend money for it to develop and explain their plan but actually


all mobile operaters are hesitate to give free customer care service.
