Dear Diary,
I am feeling so frustrated from last two days due to this airtel internet connection,they say its broadband,if this is broadband,then what is their non broadband?This is so slow,I couldn't even hear properly today's BBC news due to this,the voice of announcer was also affected due to this.Why do they call it broadband?When they send their bill,they keep on sending SMSs that we have sent your bill,please give the money before due date,when you have sent us paper copy,why are you after our heads everyday by SMsing the thing.BSNL connection was good,it had such good speed,before u can think,the web page would come,but they are thieves,they stole my 100 hours once,on saturdays and sundays,their server would be down,their customer care is pathetic and primitive.I hope Airtel people would correct this thing after complaining.
