Some channels on my TV show No Signal initially but come on after some milliseconds/seconds. Others come on after a certain delay. On reporting, Tatasky wants to send technician to rectify whereas problem would exist at their end. For this visit are small charges.
Earlier when my TV displayed someone's else ID with messages to pay up, the response was same. On my refusal to entertain technician, problem was corrected in their back office after a month.
Amount chargeable may be meager but intention in not honorable for taking customers for a ride. Would Tatasky explain if such defects occur in my set top box?
