Spirituality - I feel each one has to be physically, mentally and spiritually healthy.. All three are closely interlinked and neglect of any one can damage the other aspects of health.. Philosophy, management, leadership, spirituality are the topics that interest me these days.. Playing competitive games (both indoors and outdoors) - I love games and am very focussed on winning..
