I booked Zoom car twice in Bangalore and both the time I dint get a car. Zoom customer care people told me to wait for 1 hour telling they will arrange a car and finally said "No sir there is no car currently we will refund your booked money. Sorry for the inconvenience. " What the F* was that. Because of that I almost missed my flight to Delhi.
I will never refer any of my friends.
