I am expressing my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my recent order with Zomato (Order ID: 6329632124), which has not been delivered and for which I have not received a refund.


On the day of the order, the Zomato rider, Mr. Sahab Singh, was assigned to deliver my order from the Bikanerwala outlet. However, the order was neither delivered to me nor returned to the store. Instead, the rider allegedly canceled the order, but I did not receive any communication from him or from Zomato regarding the cancellation or the whereabouts of my paid product.


When I contacted the Bikanerwala outlet, they confirmed that the order had been handed over to the Zomato rider. Unfortunately, they stated that they could not do anything further as the order was already with the rider.


I then attempted to reach the rider, Mr. Sahab Singh, who initially confirmed that the order was canceled and claimed he did not know where the product was. Upon asking for more details, he abruptly cut the call and has not responded since, leaving me in a state of uncertainty about the status of my paid order.


Till now, I have neither received the order nor any refund. I am extremely upset as I trusted Zomato for the delivery of my order, paid the full cost, but neither received the product nor my money back. This situation feels like a serious lapse in Zomato service, and I am left with the feeling that my hard-earned money has been taken unfairly.


What concerns me even further is the lack of response and accountability from all parties involved. I have reached out multiple times without receiving any clear explanation, and my attempts to follow up have been unsuccessful. When I contacted Zomato customer support via the app, I received an unhelpful response, simply stating that the order was canceled, and that I would not be refunded due to "cancellation charges" of their service partner. I fail to understand why my hard-earned money should go to a service partner when I did not cancel the order myself, and the rider did not fulfill the delivery. This response only deepens my frustration and confusion.


Given that no one seems to be taking responsibility for this issue, I feel that Zomato’s credibility is at stake. This kind of incident erodes customer trust and raises concerns about future orders. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and resolution.
