Hi friends.I am sharing my experience on having food at ZAINA aluva.It is one of the largest restaurent that is situated at pump junction and middle of aluva.Once I had bought a parcel of kuzhimandhi from this hotel.When I reached home and served food to my family I noticed a bad smell and odour for the egg .And it was found that the boiled egg that was put in the biriyani was rotten.I informed them immediately but there was no action from there side.from this incident itself we can understand the quality of customer service provided here.The food was so bad and had no value for the money spent.The interior and ambience of the hotel is not at all organized .it need further improvement
