My friend purchase this phone in December 2017 he liked this phone so much because it gives 4gb ram and 64gb storage at just 12000 rupees but the main problem of yu phones is there after sales service
My friend had a battery issue with this phone so he tried to contact to the service centre but no response came he tried every possible way to fix this issue but nothing happened
The main problem of why yu phones are not selling is there services they have to focus on there after sales service
My view is not to purchase yu phones
