After a very looong time, I again placed an order with Yepme. Previously I had a bitter experience(order no: 7858251) with this online site, but I took risk again in a little curiosity. Order no: 13659658. Lot of changes in the site, but I felt some difficulties while I search for required products. Within a second I received a confirmation mail from them(as I did not get this experience previously from Yepme.!)
The processing procedure is also modified a lot, and I liked it to place some more products in the kart;)
Previously whenever I called customer service, they wont respond or they wont take calls. But surprisingly they attended my first call this time, and given a proper guidance. I was really surprised, Yepme improved their customer service.?! All the very best.
