Recently my in-laws bought ticket from Yatra.com for traveling to US from Bangalore using their partial payment option. They paid the remaining amount 10 days before the payment deadline. The amount from the bank was credited to Yatra.com with transaction number.
But Yatra.com sent an email saying that they forfeited the Ticket and the initial amount of 40, 000 Rs as they didn't pay the remaining amount. When they called help desk and told them that the amount was paid and they gave the transaction number, they mentioned that they can't help and aren't even ready to cross-check. They called umpteen times but in vain.
So please refrain from buying tickets from this Fraudulent company and loose thousands of rupees
