This app and its website makes me ashamed of the professionalism and efficiency of Indian startups to create apps and handle website. The site says "Book flight in 3 simple steps". But it will take you 45 mins to reach the payment page. But then it will not load. And the yatra page will ask you to contact CC. NEVER USe yatra services when in emergency. You shall be disappointed and will miss ur flight. The site becomes a bullock cart when every day from 3pm to 5pm during offer period. When site cannot handle a LITTLE traffic of users. Why NOT close the company?
