This hospital is really gud but at same time expensive for the people working in private sector staff like sister, house keeping team, adminstrative team and canteen team is proactive in response and also is gud at service. Issue here is at billing, they are rude especially ladies at billing team is really too rude many times there card machine doesn't work and they force you to withdraw cash where in nowadays there are may ways to accept transactions.
As per doctors concern they don't have same understanding. Example my wife was pregnant all reports and every visit was done as said by doctor but my son when he was born was found having pneumonia after 10hrs of delivery and gave reasons which was unethical. We were visiting Dr Deepa and she was good at explaining and response after the delivery my son was handed over to Dr Brajesh kumar jha who was not only rude at times, he was also explaining things in complicated ways which is in medical terms and he should know that every person is not from same background to understand things. It would be better if my son was under Dr Sudhir Gahlot he explains things well and has a positive response.
