I both xiaomi redmi note 3 in around 10000 thousent rupesee. In first imprestion phone looks wery good. I both this phone this phone and u give you my experieance about this phone.
Pros:
1) .display looks wery good becouse this phone have 1080×1920 so it looks wery good.
2) .prosesur and ram management is wery good if you use in normal style this phone works wery good.
3) .bettry is 4100mah so phone works long time and this phone have speed charge so it do full charge wery fast.
4) .if you a gammer you never dispont with it I tride havey games on this phone and games works wery good.
Cons:
1) .this phones camera not good at all they said it have 4k camera but thats not good at all and video qulity is not good at all.
If you think to buy this phone for gaming go for it.
