I had placed an order for New year 2022( pastry + 250 rs delivery charge for 11:00pm to 12:00am). Entire guests were waiting but the pastry never arrived. Chat support was also fake saying no agents available. Call support just kept on saying lines are busy. After multiple attempts of call next day morning they are saying we can deliver the order now but amount cannot be refunded.
When you don’t get the order for occasion that too after paying hefty delivery charge and if they say they will deliver whenever they want what would you do?
Also they are saying amount can’t be refunded.
Such a fraud company. MY NEW YEAR IS SPOILED BCZ OF THEM AND A BIG INSULT INFRONT OF ALL THE GUESTS. EACH ONE OF US WERE UPSET. I want to take this to consumer court and I will take it for such a irresponsible behaviour and fraudulent. GUYS NEVER PLACE A ORDER IN WINNI.
