I bought a fully automated washing machine three years back. I found the body rusted. The service engineer visited and confirmed body not available and cannot be changed. Ridiculous.
I put up written complaint. After some days, they confirmed I need to pay 12000 in advance. However they don't know when the parts will come since it is not available in India.
I have wasted 35K since I can't use the machine.
They are not ready to compensate or replace the machine.
Very bad customer service. They have cheated me with substandard quality products.
