Installation guy comes from the **whirlpool company** (after several phone calls to the Shop) and tells we have to pay EXTRA for beam cutting ( 1000 to 1500 Rs ) and then he goes out and gets some pipe and plug and charges 150 and 80( but the MRP on the plug box says 69Rs ) an lastly when he collects money he tells all the additions and when we ask why he did not ask us before he bought the pipe and plug, he tries to play around! Highly Unprofessional behavior from Whirlpool Installation person.


To add on the CSR on Phone does not seem to understand what we speak, and we have to spend money to call, its NOT TOLL FREE, and they keep you waiting, and the microphone of the ’CSR is not at audible!!!!


I am told We have to even pay for Demo, No one has come yet, I wonder what all we ll end up paying now that we have bought this AC. Hope this doesn't put holes in our pocket!
