I had bought this TV couple of years before and used this with a quality stabilizer. This was a Premium TV bought for 53K and im really shocked to see the panel going away so soon. If you see the quote its very high and I am regular VU user I had bought 32 inch VU, 40 inch VU 24 Vu tv and it was all good.
If those tv itself are very well working then how ths premium TV should be working. Now a 55inch VU tV itself is around 30k
.
Ive got a quotation to fix it with 29 k payment .
So how come one would pay 29 k to fix this TV.
If there are any issues it can be in some Chip or some transistor level we can pay few thousand to get it rectified.
For the money I have paid I should be getting a Premium service and 53 k TV failling in 2 years span of time is very disappointing.
The Folks who walked to my home did not even open the TV and said its a display issue and they collected 900 rupees and then saying its a visiting charges,
So what is the quality we can expect from VU is my worry .? I had recommended VU for lot of my well wishers and friends.
PLease consider this situation during the Pandemic days and get my TV fixed and given back to me with no charge.
Or please get me a new TV which is 30 k but where as I had paid already 53k to already for a life long service from VU.
