We bought this AC one month ago to beat the summer. All was working fine for a couple of days but now it is making a lot of noise. Worst customer service. We requested for the service a week ago but till now its no sign from them. I am feeling thugged.
I am going to report this issue to consumer complaint board if still there is no sign from them. So, the top line is I do not recommend anyone to buy AC from voltas. If you have also experienced such problem from voltas please let me know through your comments. We will have to report this issue together to the consumer complaint board.
