Hello ALL .
I don't why am I wasting my precious time in writing reviews about these companies but it couldn't stop me to write and wake you all up from this worst telecom company ever.
Vodafone 4G:- Its one of the worst 4G coverage across Delhi/ NCR, call drops, Echoing, poor Voice quality .
Network Coverage:- PATHETIC. Cheap and disgusting . I can't tell you How many times network is keep switching all day long even when you are not using your phone . H H+ 4G E . Cmon vodafone do you have any shame left in you .I have just Joined Vodafone 4G Postpaid in Delhi from Airtel and you are even worse . I have Complaining and one lame answer from customer care sir your issue will resolve by bla bla, are you going to come up and install tower at various locations. ALL JERKS. There should be an option to sue these companys as we have abroad.
Stores /Marketing:- Lavished, Glamarous Zoo zoos or whatever . Staff is unprofessional and errant think as if they are CEO of vodafone.
One suggestions you spent crores in ads please pay attention to what your customer want or complaining. Again all just because of our countrys poor policies .Consumer have no value in India.
PLaNS:- Very Limited options, Zero Customization like Idea .
Just had inteoduced plans because of JIO.
Conclusion:- Be wise and select operator according to Quality of Signal reception, I know its a grim task but please dont wast your hardearned money on these stupid operators.Thanks to technology we have now two Sim cards in our phones, so that if one doesnt work other will do but still You get nothing out of it.
Vodafone - arrghhh still I am hating it like anything and waiting till 3 months so that I will port out.
