Orange mobile Mumbai


I took prepaid mobile of orange, after some days I started getting calls from postpaid rep. inviting me to shift to billing services with cheap rate and lots of other offers, as my usages is less I opted for billing(Re.150pm)scheme, after that prepaid rep. started calling for shifting back to postpaid, and started confusing about the schemes.


On 3 feb05 I requested them close my postpaid account and refund the deposit, one month they took to close my line even after repeated request and E mail to Cutm. Services they kept me telling within 48 hrs., that was the answer every time I called them for any service.


Now 4 months passed and they fail to refund my deposit, whenever I call they say they sent it but they got back from couriers with remark that I have shifted, but they never bother to send me Email or check on my landline number, 4 time they told me the same thing but, they are fail to give name of couriers agency and any details of refund cheques, the dealer are also angry as this is regular habit of orange mobile services, I am still waiting for my money I want all of U to be careful while dealing with such chit company like orange(Hutchison max telecom).
