Vodafone is one of the few network operators which provides network coverage throughout the country. It has also received the least number of complaints regarding call drop which is a proof of the great network coverage it offers. It has been one of the most popular network operators just because of it's great coverage even in rural areas.
It is very quick in responding to the consumer complaints and which makes it one of the rare customer service providers with great coverage. It's helpline number that is the call centers operate 24*7 to help the customer anytime.
But the only thing which goes against is the fact that it is the most expensive service provider in the country. Though it has always tried to target the youth with great free night calling plans and cheaper mobile data services, but it is still quite expensive as compared to others. According to me it is to chosen by the people who are rich and living in the areas where coverage is not proper or the one's in urban areas. Definitely it is not a network for the poor,
