Yesterday had hair cut at VLCC Pune - Aundh Road Centre & am utterly disappointed.
What I wanted and what my expectations were, were not considered by the stylist while giving the cut.
I don't think the stylist have ever heard of terms like - Customer Requirements, customer satisfaction etc.
Overconfidence is a scary thing, will recommend consumers not to try out the services for the 1st time if you have an important party or function coming up.
