Reasons why
This is one of the overpriced china mobile with less specs, especially when compare with chinese xiaomi mobile ( redmi 4-6999 ₹)
Less storage ( just 16 gb internal)
No fingerprint option ( over 12000 indian rupees)
Hanging issues
Battery heating issues
Less battery capacity ( less than 3000 mAh)
Lagging issues
Signal and sound reception also not good as I expected.
Only one positive note in this mobile, camera quality really impressive.
It is definitely not worth for your money, so please avoid to buy this mobile.
Customer support o.k, but need more and more improvement in handling customers.
My request for mobile buyers,
Please compare this vivo model phone with other branded phone posses similar specs.
Overall disappointed with its price and performance of mobile.
