I am a freelance global business trainer. I had a different experience dealing with this company as a freelance trainer for one of their multinational client. I contracted with this company to deliver an online 24 hours training in the area of global market research. I prepared for the delivery on the prescribed dates and time. Just a few days before the training the company informed me that the format of the training has been changed on the request of the client and the same would now be delivered on site of the client who is based in Delhi NCR. Since I am based in Bengaluru I had to fly down to Delhi NCR to now deliver the training for several days at the office of the client in Gurugram. They provided me to and fro air tickets and a daily miscellaneous advance. Also they provided me comfortable accommodation near the training site. I delivered the onsite training in Delhi NCR and returned to Bengaluru after delivery. It was good experience delivering the training. After the return it has been several months I am still requesting for the pending dues which I am sure will be given eventually. But finally they settled the pending dues.
