Bought a blue star AC 5 days back from Vijaysales janakpuri and still awaitinv its installation. The clerk there wrote my incorrect phone no. Which I immediately asked him to correct. He assured me that the correction would be made.
After the ac was delivered and two days passed I tried to contact Vijay sales however for the whole day the phone was not attended. Next day when I again called the lady told that the phone no was incorrect hence the request for installation could not be placed.
Now blue star is saying they received the request yesterday so it will take normal course of 2 days to install and Vijay sales is again not picking up the phone. Pathetic and lethargic attitude of sales person and receptionist at Vijay sales. I will never buy any product nor would recommend any one to buy something from Vijay sales.
