I would like to share a feedback of hotel Vasavi Bhavan Shirdi
Team Jashan E Sai checked in hotel on 22nd June We took 5 Rooms with Extra Bedings and we paid for that but
1) we got our extra beds almost after 5-6 hours after requesting them 2-3 times.
2) All Pillows was there without cover and completely unhygienic, bad & dirty condition
3) Informed on reception about pillow covers they just ignored it and not even bothered to ask again, till our checked out time they not provided us clean pillows
4) We had food over there, that was included in our package that was half cooked and after having 2-3 bites my mother got serious pain in her stomach and we took her to hospital and we complaint on reception they ignored it, even not listening to us.
5) 6-7 Senior citizen females with us and they provided us rooms on 3rd floor and lift was not working for both the days
6) When I complaint to Mr. Naganedra who is trutee of this hotel he said you guys have removed the pillow covers and clicked the pics. He Arrogant person was not fready to even listen anything, seriously he is such a pathetic person I have ever seen in my life.
7) Toilets was also very dirty and not even they given a service to clean the toilets
Most pathetic, unprofessional, unhygienic hotel I have ever seen in my life.
They are just making fool by uploading good pics on facebook and google. Dont trust them & NEVER EVER BOOK THIS #VASAVIBHAVANSHIRDI Hotel
