I baught a usha bandhan sewing machine by snapdeal.But when I recieved this item. and When I open the machine in the box. I surprised that it is a old machine which I recieved. When I want sewing some cloths it is no able for sewing. only cut the dhaga.when I call the snapdeal customer .the Customer Reply me the I did not call them. only I call the usha Customer care. after thats I call the usha customer care. and he sent the our technician for see the machine. technician came in my home and repair the machine. but machine is not repaired. and snapdeal is not return my item which I bought him so I request u pls do not buy the machin it has very defected part. which it can not be repair.
