Here I want to share my experien e wigh Uco bank on last Monday. My mom has an account in Uco bank. I went their for the deposit of money. But their occicials is not working properly. His server system is taking approx. 10 minutes each people for deposit money and they did not work those who havenot account on the same branch.
And one madam who provides information was not their in her duty time. She was going to post office collect some her personal documents at the office time . the guard told to me.
And other madam was sitting and she have not sense of talking. She talk with every people very rudely especially who is illetrate and with teenager. A lady go to her cor asking where I have to drop the cheque. And the bank officer lady not telling where the check box. And she said Pta nahi kyo aa jate h yha par jab kisi chiz k baare me nahi pta
Very bad experience with this bank and with his staff.
