In this note I'm going to share my experience about UberEats. I have used it a couple of times and my final thought about it is that it is one of the worst app to order food.
First of all the app interface is very confusing and won't be easy to navigate. About the availability of restaurants it's fine but the quality of food available is very low. The portion of food is also less compared to what we get in the restaurant.
I usually schedule the orders and few times they even cancelled the order without any proor intimations. I called the restaurant and they were totally helpless and asked me to contact the Uber customer care.
They are providing coupons with price cut upto half of the actual amount for the purchase of more than Rs.200. I think it's a total scam and the food odered under with this promotion lacks quality and quantity.
Considering the idea of the app, it's common. There are many apps providing way better service than UberEats. Their customer support also lacks clarity and totally it's a waste of time. Uber could have executed the app little more better with an efficient customer support. Hope it will get updated in future.
