Uber is a nice app but it needs some improvement. Some drivers are not interested in customer service.Its there rule that, if driver cancel the cab then also we have to pay ₹50-₹60 ( as cancellation price) . Once I book uber cab in Bangalore and the driver doesnt come to pick me and abused with me and said I dont understand hindi and English language but one native explain our location to him in there language then also he don't come and also I have to pay ₹60. But some times experience was good and the drivers were also nice. At end you can travel in uber cabs as it is an easy way to book cab.
