I bought an Toshiba 1.5 ton split ac last year. Since its installation, it has become a headache. It makes noise after running 2 - 3 hours. I wakeup pn the noise and cannot sleep again. Endless half sleep nights. I complained several times to the dealer and as well as company directly but no use.
Everytime the person will come and say where is the problem?
They just deny to accept the problem. I made a video and sent to the dealer, he said yes its a problem but the company engineer says this is not a problem.
This year it has started stinking dispite I got it serviced from the company. When I complained they said should not run it on 27 or 28 degrees . It should be run below 24 degrees. I am not able to understand what kind of AC it is. Should we get chilled in 24 degrees and be ill or have cough?
They also suggest me that if I feel cold I should wear warm clothes and take a blanket.
So don't waste your money on this rubbish.
