Firstly people which have new pimples burst them which is the worst thing they do. So please do not try to touch a pimple ever.
Second pimple occur most of times due to oily skin so use a oil clear facewash which should suit you and should be strong.
Third pimples can also be cleared by drinking a lot of water say 20 glasses a day or more.
Fourth use a toner to clean your face thirce or maybe four times a day.
Fifth if no facewash suits you wash your face 5 to 6 times a day.
For men I specially prefer Garnier Men AcnoFigh Pimple clearing face wash.
So if you follow these steps I guarantee you will get rid of your pimple in 2 weeks.
