Hi Tikona,
I am one of the frustrated customer and exploited by TIKONA service. it's being 2 months now I am calling you almost every day since 6th Jan regarding Tikona complain.
On daily basis it's take too much tome to connect with Tikona and average time to connect with Tikona network more than 1 hour, once I connected them I am facing the speed issue some time it's 100kbps ssome less than 100kbps and some time it's reached to 500kbps if I am lucky.
Number of times Tikona made commitment to me that this issue will fixed withinh 8-24 hours but it is still persist and I am fed up now.
Just due to this issue I had made last month tikona bill payment post due date but this time I am not going to pay anything to your account until this issue get fixed.
And sorry to say I am not going to any amount from 6th Jan to until this issue get fixed.
