Tikona is really an expert in cheating and giving pathetic cutomer service. I bought Tikona broadband, within 2 months I discountinue the service because of their horrible internet speed and negative customer service.
I emailed them 9 times and appeal to their management and still no response. They will only call you and try to take money from you.
To make it long story short They SUCKS big time. Never ever buy Tikona and always recommend to your enemy.
