Yes you read it completely right in the title above.
people just drink this cold drinks just because it looks fashionable as the western country people drink it all the time.
but this take a toll on your health in the long run
people in those English countries are addicted to such products and have obesity due to it.
I will definitely never recommend this product.
instead of this better go for some fresh fruit juice.
now coming to the actual review of this product I dont drink this very often I drink it once in a while.
the taste is good not bad I would say.
yes it does help in digesting the food.
so overall not a waste of money but yes it will definitely affect your health to large extent
