Hi Guys, I have visited Thegiftipedia.com looking for a good gift article for brother. And ordered a wrist watch and a t-shirt. I ordered this a week ago and till today I didn't find any update of my orders. I tried to contact the coustomer service but couldn't reach out to them. The customer service is very poor and can't say anything about the articles. I wish the product must be good or else I can't figure out how shall I get my refund back. The delivery timing is very slow and couldn't track my order. The website is not well developed and is not at all informative and userfriendly. Nobody can rely on such a website who donot care avout its customers. Everybody be careful don't go for the advanced payment this might turn out to be fake.
