I usually don’t end up writing reviews for a paid service whether it’s good or bad. But for this company, it surely deserves one review from my end. I have been at the receiving end far too many times. One, they do not never deliver on time. A delivery from any other courier which would take a day or two for the same distance/weight(apparently I did try with others) But with professional couriers being’professional’ as they are, it takes 4-5 days for them. Plus, interestingly they do not take addresses clearly or its lost in the consignment(god knows why). They mess up the sender’s addresses while transit, their phone numbers etc.


Even if they did, on delivery date or before they never call. Worst of all, the consignment number alone is not enough to track through website. Consignment number together with area code is the only identification which becomes a challenge later on(explained below). So big deal, you would think I could just call up the customer care & find out if my assignment arrived or not right? Wrong. Two, they do not answer on customer care numbers provided in the company website.


Can you believe that? and trust me its not one number, they had 4-5 numbers, none of them works. Even if it does they pick up after few hours of ringing and the attitude of the customer care executive is as though he is delivering you free pizza . So its like’please wait in queue, buddy’ response. To arrive at the customer care number at the courier office near your location, we need to call 4-5 other courier offices.


Please change your process, get better customer care executives, update your websites with working phone numbers & please please do care for customers time, because buddy we too are working for your information.
