Its a horrible company to join. I joined as 4 year experienced in Objective C. Until 8 months I was on bench. I tried to get into different technologies like Advance Java, .Net framework etc. but they don’t have a single project to deploy people. Later they asked me to join manual testing which is unacceptable for a developer. I denied and they fired me within 8 months.
I tried my best to spend at least one year but a company like Tech Mahindra will not give you any chance. They even didn’t pay last two month basic salary as per their offer. The software they have for attendance does not work and employees have to bear LOP. They don’t care even if employee gives any other proof of attendance.
I am not writing this to blame the company.
My objective is inform people who are planning to join techmahindra. They have fired many employees recently but nobody knows. Most of the employees left themselves because of continuous LOPs and worst management.
