Hello friends I have bought this tv approximately 1 year ago for 34999 as its was very cheap for a 4k resolution smart tv but soon I came to know that there is nothing smart in this smart tv.
The video quality was not good enough for a 4k tv I had some 4k videos which I got from my friends but there was quite a difference between video quality of my tv and my friends tv the contrast and sharpness of the videos were not good on my tv The sound was very low and was missing the thumping effect we want for movies and music
I would not say its value for money product as its does not satisfies the me by the performance of the tv. The service and support team is also not good as I didnt receive the air mouse with the tv I wanted to get it from tcl so I contacted them from email but there was not reply whatsoever and I also tried to call them but there lines are always busy gusse they have may unsatisfied customers over the phone line it took me around 15-20 minutes to speak to a support.
