I booked a SUV as a package deal as I saw it on the app, I booked it it was very urgent, it shows booked, SUV for 4 hours, 40 kms, I was happy, the time came when the cab could have arrived, but no cab, no details, I called their customer service, they said they dnt have a car, I said if u did not have a car why u people booked or you could have at least told me the same so that I can look for a diff. option, CR said, he is not responsible for this, then after
Once again I booked a cab cause I had some money in my TFS Wallet but now this driver was trying to manipulate me, I booked it for a distance of 6 kms, when it came to real it was 14 kms.i no more trust them, their app sucks, it won't let u book the cab without at least 5 time u have to try.
I would suggest it to evryone, not to use dis cab service.even the cab they send max. time is EECo, and they dnt care about cleaning.
