This is not the 1st time I am experiencing a bad service from taxi for sure cab company. I booked my cab for 12.30 where in it arrived 45 minutes late.
And I have been calling them from past half an hour but every time the Rep's are picking up the call and disconnecting it.
They send the service msg on time that cab is at your door step. But where the hell is my cab?
I used this cab service a lot and not getting the type of service a loyal customer should get.
The cab service charges the waiting charges but now what about the wait I had to make and may be will miss my flight too.
Please update me on what about wasting our time.
