This whole organization so called Taurus is totally wrong. Their embedded values are very poor. Taurus is a horrible company to work for. They believe in intensive labor at a very low pay even for highly qualified graduates whether IT, manufacturing, engineering or management. Skilled workers other than the highly paid mentors are very few in this company. The management try to boast a lot about everything, but in fact once you join you will notice that they have achieved nothing at all since 2 years. Instead of using reviews a constructive criticism, the company tries to boost the company's image by writing a lot of false positives.
The working hours are terrible, it happens in no other private or public run company. This company is run by pure dictatorship. They do have a bus, yes I am talking about a rickety old school bus and just one to transport all their employees. Do not join this company, you will regret it.
