So, if you are looking for a digital TV service provider, you are most likely trying to choose a lesser devil. I can tell you, Tata Sky does not make life Jingalala - a word that means perhaps nothing, and is therefore aligned firmly to their brand promise.
Their phone support is fairly unhelpful - unless you can reiterating the information they keep sending to you over and over again anyway as well. Their technicians do not follow any schedule that Tata Sky's computers or your convenience might like.
And it is a faceless organization with no central point person for your problem, and hence the complete lack of accountability. Choose them if you must, but do enroll for zen meditation classes to handle the benefits of your subscription.
