Tata Sky has recently become a blood sucker, I have recently paid annual pack plus add on for different channel. Due to exams, I decided to remove the kids pack. Now Tata Sky customer care says that they cannot remove add on which I paid for 12 months and even if they remove, the amount that I have paid will not be refundable.
I request future customers to avoid Tata Sky !!
