Hey guys. I am sick and tired of the Tata Sky Website. I have been observing for the past 2 yrs that everytime there is a scheme or match or free movies, their site breaks down. I suppose they do this on purposee so that people willing to get the scheme call them & they earn revenue from all the calls.
Even on their channels they have only mentioned contact nos & not the website.Their server seems to be horrible as a page takes ages to load.
I really had lot of respect for Mr Ratan Tata as a person & for Tata products but after this experience I am really unsure of using Tata Products again. Although I do not have any problem with the set top box, clarity etc. But for me post buying service is very important & I am not at all happy with Tata Sky regarding this. Hope they improve.
