Customer service of tata indicom will drive you crazy.I recently had few visits of TVH in sec 18, Noida and I thought of sharing my experience with other people.
Its just like a government office.Customer are nothing for them.i have seen executives literally FIGHTING with the customers.Executives are so rude there.There is no enthusiasm.Executives Yawning and playing with their mobile phone even when customers are sitting in front of them.Even they dont have proper information.They may even ask you to go to some other desk as they are not interested.Words like sorry, thank you, Sir, Mam are missing from their dictionary.The way they look or treat you is like..."Why are you here?" or Like go quickly man..
If you goining for tata indicom I will recommend you to not to visit any TVH.Better go through their website.God help Tata Indicom
