Pls take this reading as a major support from me. I have been having and using Tata Indicome Broadband ADSL connection for the past 2 years, and I find it extremely superb; Their customer orientation is good; there are very rare problems which are faced with their connectivity; and you get affordable good rates , even for unlimited Internet usages. I even recommend this ISP to all home, as well as office users.
The only drawback is that they have a customer service number for each city, and is difficult to get that line, and they keep you waiting for more than 8 minutes to get to that line. Except for that, all other things appear OK. A trusted ISP, with a 24/7 customer orientation. Airtel boasts to be offering such similar services, but the major drawback is that they impose buying a telephone with an airtel connection along with the internet connection. no customer orientation at all in Airtel
