I was impressed with their per second billing plans & tie up with Docomo... but I had a nightmare after going for a post paid connection. No signal in Hebbal area at all...
Their network engineer came for an inspection after I lodged several complaints. He certified that there are severe signal/network issues & vanished. No follow up action thereafter. Frustrated, I terminated the connection recently. Their customer care is pathetic.
The only thing that came promptly from them was the bill. Moral of the story... never get carried away by TV advertisements and tall promises. My experience- Airtel is the best in Bangalore. They too have problems of call drop & network congestion, but honestly, they value customer feedback & act on complaints promptly. Cheap does not necessarily mean efficient is my learning from this experience with Docomo.Stay with the best & trust the most reliable brand.
