Hey guys, today I am going to review tata docomo prepaid sim.
I live in bangalore, one of the busiest metro city in our country, but I never found any satisfying experience with this particular mobile operator.
I do not get enough network so that I can communicate over the mobile phone satisfactorily. Whenever I speak I hear broken voices from the other side. Sometimes the call gets disconnected for the same reason. Then I have to go to a certain position to get the network and then call back again.
The data service provided by the operator is equally bad. When I am browsing, the page keeps loading and sometimes breaks the chain and its gone. Also if I download a file of 10 mb, it takes me several minutes to complete if I am lucky or it gets cancelled.
Whenever I try to complain to customer service, first of all it won't get connected, and if it is connected then they rectify the same and within few days you get back in to the same loop of bad network, I don't know how this happens.
I would like to suggest that avoiding this product is a good choice.
